Vital Shield

I am prone to colds and sore throats. Home remedies like sipping a glass of ginger extract and warm lemon juice  hardly give me relief anymore. It was during that time when I had to go to the doctor because I was already having a high fever. I asked the Doctor to give me a vitamin that would at least help boost my immune system. So after she gave me some paracetamol and antibiotics for my fever, colds and the terrible sorethroat, she then showed me a leaflet  where there were complete list of vitamins  depending on your need.
